According to the affidavit filed before the Election Commission, CM Eknath Shinde owns movable assets worth Rs 1,44,57,155, while in this case, his wife Lata Shinde owns movable assets worth Rs 7,77,20,995. The total movable assets of both of them amounted to Rs.9,21,78,150. According to the affidavit, he had Rs 26,000 in cash while his wife had Rs 2 lakh in cash. Apart from this, Maharashtra Chief Minister Eknath Shinde owns gold ornaments worth Rs 792,000, while his wife owns gold ornaments worth Rs 41,76,000.
How many debtors does Eknath Shinde have?
Maharashtra Chief Minister Eknath Shinde not only has assets worth crores of rupees but is also saddled with huge debts. In an affidavit filed with the Electoral Commission, he detailed his assets and liabilities. According to this, Eknath Shinde’s loan was Rs 5,29,23,410 while his wife Lata Shinde’s loan was much higher at Rs 9,99,65,988.
Houses and land worth tens of millions
Now let’s talk about Chief Minister Eknath Shinde’s real estate. According to the election affidavit, he has stated that he owns real estate worth Rs 133,850,000, which includes houses and land. His wife also came forward in the matter and the immovable property worth Rs 15,08,30,000 was registered in the name of Lata Shinde.
