“My name will be included in the second list”
Lakhan Malik, the sitting MP from Washim seat, said, I very much hope that my name will also appear in the second list released by the party. He said that the People’s Party has given me four opportunities to become a provincial councilor and I request the party to give me another chance. I will work as per the orders of the BJP. If the party gives me a chance, I will work. If the party asks me to stop, I will stop. He further said that the first batch of lists has been announced and the second batch of lists will be announced in the next two or three days. There’s a chance my name could be on that list.
Meeting requires shared seating
A meeting was held between BJP officials and workers on the issue of Sangora assembly constituency. Bharatiya Janata Party president Chetan Kedar said the Jarange factor and Deepak Aaba Salunkhe Patil will not have any impact on the Sangola assembly constituency. Chetan Kedar said he will meet Deputy Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis tomorrow and demand that the Sangora Assembly seat be given to the BJP.
