Lured into film shoots, started making them perform obscene dances in an orchestra… 31 minor girls rescued from UP in Bangderi, Haryana

Police, Rashtriya Mukti Mission and Child Line released 31 minor girls who were dancing in Bihar’s Chhapra orchestra. The girls are between 14 and 17 years old. They were brought from neighboring countries under the pretense of making films and jobs and forced to dance in orchestras. Police have acted on the secret information. At the same time, five orchestra conductors were also arrested. All girls were sent to juvenile homes. The girls will be handed over to their families after necessary legal action.

According to sources, acting on secret intelligence, the Salan police, the National Liberation Army and the Children’s Line raided band operators in the Amanur and Mek police station areas that morning. During this period, 31 underage girls were rescued from different bands. The girls were duped and brought from Bihar and neighboring states of Uttar Pradesh, West Bengal, Delhi, Assam, Haryana and Punjab. Agents tricked their families into getting them into movies, albums, and good jobs. After this, the girls were forced to dance in the orchestra.

“We have received information that underage girls are being brought to Nepal from different states,” said Virendra Kumar Singh, director of the Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh. We gathered information about the girls with the help of the Nepali ambassador. It was revealed that all underage girls were kept in many orchestras in Saran. After receiving this information, Saran Superintendent of Police Dr Kumar Ashish was asked to take action in this regard. The police chief immediately formed a police team to conduct a raid. 31 minor girls have been rescued. They were forced to perform obscene dances in the middle of an orchestra.

What did the police chief say about the operation?

Saran police chief Dr Kumar Ashish said confidential information had been received that minor girls were being kept in the orchestra. By forming a team, together with the National Liberation Corps and Childline, raids were carried out on many orchestras in the Amanur and Mek police station areas. During the raid, 27 minor girls were released from the Amanur police station area and 4 minor girls were released from the Mek police station area. At the same time, five orchestra conductors were also arrested. All underage girls were sent to juvenile facilities. All these minor girls come from neighboring states like Bengal, Assam, Haryana and others. Once their families arrive, legal action will be taken and they will be handed over.
