An elderly landlord living in Ashiana area of Lucknow, the capital of Uttar Pradesh, was murdered by the tenants. Disclosing the matter, the police said that the tenants wanted to take possession of the house. Murdered because of this. After the murder, the body was dressed in a raincoat, kept in the car and thrown in the Indira Canal. The police analyzed the CCTV footage, after which the entire matter could be revealed.
According to the information, the elderly landlord living in Ashiana area was murdered by two brothers Sukhwinder Singh and Ajit Singh, who were living in his house on rent for 14 years. Both wanted to take possession of the house.
During interrogation by the police, both the accused told that they were tenants in the house of Narula ji (landlord) for 14 years. Wanted to grab that house. On the day the murder took place, a broker had come to the house through whom an attempt was made to sell the house. After the broker left, an argument broke out between the tenants and the landlord.

Both the accused pushed the landlord, due to which he suffered a head injury. After this, both the accused strangled the landlord to death. After the murder, the accused wrapped the body in a raincoat, kept it on a bike and threw the body in Indira Canal.
DCP East Shashank Singh said that the police conducted a search operation, in which SDRF, Front PSC, police and divers were deployed to search for the body. After a lot of search, the dead body was recovered from Rae Bareli. The family members have identified the body.
The bike, rope and raincoat used in the crime have been confiscated. The rings were removed from the hands of the deceased and thrown into the bushes, so that the police could find the case to be one of robbery and murder. There was no one at home when this incident happened. Accused tenant Sukhwinder Singh works at a hardware shop. Whereas Ajit Singh alias Titu is a manager in a camera company. At present both have been arrested.
