LTIMindtree second quarter results: net profit increased 7.7% year-on-year to 1,251 billion rupees; interim dividend declared

LTIMindtree second quarter results: LTIMindtree announced on Thursday that its consolidated net profit (attributable to the company’s shareholders) for the second quarter of the fiscal year ended in September (second quarter of fiscal 2025) increased by 7.7% year-on-year to $1,251 Crores. The company reported profits of $1,161.8 crore in the same period last year. During the same period, consolidated net profit increased by 10.33%. On Thursday, LTIMindtree shares closed up 0.70% at $6,403.20 each on BSE.

The board of directors has approved the payment of an interim dividend $20 shares each with par value Re 1 each.
