After some time, a video came from his own number in which the son’s hands and feet could be seen tied in front of him.

Demand for a ransom of 100,000 rupees
The youth’s father demanded a ransom of Rs 1 lakh by sending the video. Meanwhile, the SSP also provided guidelines to the DSP and other police teams including SP Rural to safely retrieve the kidnapped youth and disclose the incident. When the police found the kidnapped person, things turned out differently. Revealing the incident, the police said that the kidnapping was planned by the polytechnic student himself.

Lost 100,000 rupees in gambling
Not only that, the student also made a video using a friend’s mobile phone and sent it to his father’s mobile phone. At the same time, he pretended to be a kidnapper and demanded 100,000 rupees. In fact, due to his addiction to mobile online gambling, he had lost 100,000 rupees. After that, he had the idea of ​​kidnapping himself.

The accused has returned home from Pilibhit
Rakesh Kumar is a resident of Kelanpur village under Aklabad police station area and is a farmer by profession. His younger son is studying in the third year of the Polytechnic in Pilibhit. He came to Kelanpur village only last Sunday. He went to a pharmacy in the town from his home with his friends to buy medicines last Friday night.

Police registered a case of kidnapping based on the complaint filed by his father. On receiving information about the kidnapping, police including the SSP rushed to the spot. With the help of a surveillance team, police tracked down the student Ankit from Indra Nagar in the Rolawal police station area of ​​the city late at night.

DSP Shubhendu Singh said that a resident of Kelanpur village in Akharabad police station area had filed a case of kidnapping his son. Currently, the kidnapped student has been rescued safely. After losing money in gambling, the student himself conspired for the kidnapping. The student and his friend have been found and the incident has come to light. A case of fraud has been registered against both of them.
