LK Advani, the country’s former deputy prime minister and senior leader of the Bharatiya Janata Party, was admitted to the intensive care unit of Delhi’s Apollo Hospital on December 12 due to deteriorating health condition. A team of doctors has been monitoring his health. Meanwhile, there are reports that Advani’s condition is improving and he will soon be transferred to a general ward. In a statement issued by Indraprastha Apollo, it was said that the BJP leader’s condition is gradually improving.
The hospital said in a statement that considering the improvement of Advani’s condition, he is likely to be transferred from the ICU to a general ward in the next 1-2 days. His condition is stable. Currently, he is under the supervision of Dr. Vineet Suri, senior consultant of the ICU Neurology Department of the hospital. Everyone wishes him a speedy recovery.

Former Deputy Prime Minister Lal Krishna Advani has not been feeling well in recent days due to his age. He has been hospitalized for the fourth time in the past four to five months. He was previously admitted to hospital in August. He has been discharged from the hospital after recovering. In early June, he was admitted to the neurology department of AIIMS for treatment.
