According to Tihar sources, the bail order has arrived in the jail, if the sureties come along then the bail bond has to be filled, and then the process of their release will start. The Supreme Court bench of Justice BR Gavai and Justice KV Vishwanathan had reserved its decision on Sisodia’s bail plea on August 6. While giving the verdict on this on Friday, Justice Gavai said that due to long imprisonment of 17 months and the trial not starting, he has been deprived of the right to trial.
