Material:
- Soan Papdi – 500 gm
- Whole milk – 1 liter
- chopped cashews – some
- Chopped almonds – some
- Chopped pistachios – some
- Cardamom powder- half teaspoon
- Ghee- 1 tsp
- Sugar – to taste
Preparation method:
1. To make Soan Papdi Kheer, first put 1 spoon of ghee in a pan, heat it slightly, add all the dry fruits in it and fry it lightly.
2. Lightly roast the dried fruits and take them out separately. Then pour 1 liter of milk into the pot and add crushed soan papdi.
3. Add Soan Papdi to milk, mix well, then add half a spoonful of cardamom powder. After cooking for some time, add the sugar and stir.
4. When adding sugar, please note that Soan Papdi is already very sweet, so do not add too much sugar. Add some dry fruits and cook.
5. When the kheer becomes a bit thick, switch off the gas. Your Soan Papdi Kheer is ready. Pour into a bowl and garnish with remaining dried fruit.
