Lebanon suffers another series of explosions, pagers and radios explode, injuring many people

Following the series of pager explosions in Lebanon, another explosion occurred on Wednesday. Several people were injured and have been taken to hospital for treatment. It is understood that these explosions occurred in wireless communication equipment. According to security sources, the communication equipment that exploded was a handheld radio.

Like the pagers, Hezbollah also bought the devices about five months ago. Hashim Saffieddin, a senior Hezbollah official, said in response to the bombing that the group was facing difficult times but would take revenge.
