Thousands of pagers exploded in Lebanon, killing around 20 people and injuring many more, most of whom were said to be Hezbollah fighters. Discussions were going on around the world about which company the pagers reached Hezbollah through. Amid all this, the shocking link of these explosions with Kerala was also revealed.
In fact, Hezbollah holds Israel responsible for these explosions. Israel has not yet taken direct responsibility. After the explosions, the world is trying to understand how the Israeli spy agency was able to carry out the explosions through pagers. Surprisingly, in the network of companies and shell companies, the name of a person born in Kerala and now a Norwegian citizen also appears.
Norta Global Company belongs to Rinson, a resident of Kerala.
Hungarian media outlet Telex reported that Ranson Jos, a Malay national and now a Norwegian citizen, is under investigation in connection with the pager explosions that took place in Lebanon on Tuesday. According to Telex, Bulgarian company Norta Global Limited is behind the pager deal. Norta Global was founded by Norwegian citizen Rinson Jos. Rinus Jose hails from Mananthavady in Wayanad, Kerala, and last visited his hometown in 2013.
Several Kerala media reported on Friday that Linsen Jose was born in Wayanad and moved to Norway after completing his MBA. Some local TV channels also interviewed his relatives.

Lin Sen’s father was a tailor
Rinson’s father, Jose Moothedam, is a tailor who works at a tailor shop in Mananthavady, Manorama Online reported. He said he was known in the area as “Jose the Tailor”. An investigation by Bulgarian security agency SANS found that no such shipments had passed through the country where Rinson Jose and his Norta Global were approved.
Who is Lin Sen?
Even before the Bulgarian National Security Service gave clean evidence to Linson Jose, he was being talked about in India, especially in his home state of Kerala. Linson’s cousin Arjun John told Manorama Online, “He never told me about any company he has in Bulgaria or any business relationship he has there. We are very worried as it is related to attacks on terrorist groups.”
Local media also reported that Linsen has a twin brother Jinson in the UK and a sister in Ireland. It was revealed that Linsen came to India in November last year and returned in January this year.
“Rinson graduated from Marimata College in Mananthavady. He completed his MBA and went to Norway as a caretaker and later joined some business firm. We have not been given any information about his work nor his knowledge about business,” his uncle Thankachan told Manorama Online.
Amidst all this, it is interesting to know how a person born in Kerala was included in the list of people whose wires could be connected to a pager in any way.After the explosion of thousands of pagers used by Hezbollah members, everyone’s attention turned to who was the manufacturer of the pagers.

Shell company network
It is a complex network of companies spread across continents. One reason for this complexity may be that the Israelis created shell companies not only to deceive Hezbollah but also to confuse investigators. The brand name of the pager that Hezbollah members exploded was the Taiwanese company Gold Apollo.
However, Xu Jingguang, founder and chairman of Gold Apollo, said, “The products are not ours, just our brand.” Gold Apollo’s president linked the exploding pagers to the Hungarian company BAC Consulting. Xu said the pagers were made by a Budapest-based company that had a three-year licensing agreement with his company.
However, sources told Hungarian media Telex that BAC Consulting was only the middleman in the transaction. Telex said that BAC did not do any work and did not even have an office, but was only registered at the address. The most likely possibility is that BAC Consulting may be a shell company established in Israel.
According to Telex, “BAC Consulting Managing Director Cristiana Barsoni-Arcidiacono signed the agreement with Sofia-based Bulgarian company Norta Global Ltd. ” Bulgaria-based Norta Global was reportedly founded by Rinson Jose, who was born in Wayanad, Kerala.
How Rinson Jose was investigated
According to Telex, “Although BAC Consulting and Gold Apollo ostensibly signed the contract, in reality Norta Global was behind the deal. [पेजर] It was The Cradle, a website focused on the Middle East, that connected Norta Global with Rinson Jose.

According to The Cradle, Norta Global was founded in 2022 by Norwegian citizen Rinson Jos. It is registered to a “headquarters service provider” at a residential address in the Bulgarian capital of Sofia, which also hosts 196 other companies.
An investigation conducted by the Bulgarian National Security Service (SANS) provided evidence of the innocence of Rinson Jose and his Norta Global.
It is not clear who exactly manufactured the pagers used by Hezbollah fighters in Lebanon. A Kerala-born man has also come under the scanner of a complex web of companies. However, the good news is that he and his company have been cleared of charges related to the deadly blast.
