Lalbagh king’s crown arrives at locker, made of 20 kg gold…gifted by Ambani!

This was seen right from the beginning of the Ganesh Utsav when Anant Ambani donated a 20 kg gold crown to the King of Lalbagh. The gold crown donated by Anant Ambani was reportedly sold for Rs 15 crore. It is now kept safely in a locker.

The crown is stored in a bank locker
The 20 kg gold crown was worn on the ‘Lalbagh Cha Raja’ during the unveiling of the ‘Lalbagh Cha Raja’ statue. The crown was donated by Anant Ambani and Reliance Foundation. Anant Ambani and the entire Ambani family have been associated with the ‘Lalbagh Cha Raja’ Mandal for the past many years. After the Ganesh Utsav, now the crown made of 20 kg gold has been removed and handed over to the Treasurer of Lalbagh Raja (Khajindar) Mangesh Dalvi while sharing this information said that the crown worth crores of rupees has been kept in a bank locker. He said that now the crown will be worn again on the Lalbagh King during the Ganesh Utsav next year in 2025.

Mukesh Ambani also came to visit
On one hand, Ganesh Utsav was celebrated at Ambani House Antilia, where many big names from Bollywood to the business world attended the event. Meanwhile, Mukesh Ambani came to meet the King of Lalbagh and seek his blessings. Apart from Anant Ambani and Radhika Merchant, eldest daughter-in-law Shloka Mehta was also present.

Ambani family maintains lead in religious activities
It is noteworthy that the Ambani family is often seen participating in religious events. Be it a marriage or any other celebration at home, the entire family visits the temple to seek blessings from God. Apart from being a business family, the family also generously donates to charity. The Ambani family also participated in the consecration ceremony of the Ram temple. Mukesh Ambani’s family is seen visiting the temple and offering prayers every day.
