Preparations for Mahakumbh 2025 are in full swing in Prayagraj, Uttar Pradesh. Meanwhile, Prime Minister Narendra Modi will arrive in Prayagraj on December 13 to review preparations for Mahakumbh 2025. During this period, Prime Minister Modi will launch many projects in Mahakumbh district. Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath himself will review all preparations on December 7 ahead of Prime Minister Modi’s arrival.
The state government has notified Mahakumbhnagar to become a new district in Prayagraj Sangam area. According to an official statement, during Prime Minister Modi’s arrival, there are plans to decorate Mahakumbhnagar and Prayagraj in the same way people decorate their houses during any festival. Following this sequence, all departments were instructed to decorate their offices and buildings.
Instructions for getting things done before traveling
Lighting of the building is also planned, according to the statement. Apart from this, major junctions and roads will also be decorated like a bride. Divisional Commissioner Vijay Vishwas Pant has directed to complete all necessary preparations. Furthermore, necessary instructions have been issued to complete projects to be launched by Prime Minister Modi ahead of schedule.
Regarding the arrival of Prime Minister Modi, Provincial Commissioner Vijay Vishwas Pant said that all preparations are in full swing. These will be completed within the stipulated time. Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath will personally review the works on December 7 in Prayagraj. He said that various departments and officials are fully prepared for the Prime Minister’s visit to Prayagraj.
PWD and authorities are gearing up to prepare
The Public Works Department (PWD) is completing the renovation work of all important roads expeditiously. The beautification work of all intersections and roads will be completed on time by Prayagraj Development Authority and public authorities. The divisional commissioner said that street lighting and theme lighting work is being carried out by the municipal corporation. The power department is also rapidly completing the laying of all power cables.
