During this time, some students of the college were protesting outside the gate. Then 100 to 150 people entered the college campus and started vandalism. Glass doors were broken during the council meeting.

The principal made serious allegations against the students

The principal of Sagar Dutt Medical College and Hospital has alleged that some students started creating ruckus during the meeting. He said that the glass door was also damaged. Meanwhile, Bengal Police reached the spot after which the matter was brought under control. It is also being said that the vandalism took place over the issue of lack of college hostels and allotment of hostels.

The victim’s father accused the police of trying to suppress the case

On the other hand, the case of rape and murder of a trainee doctor in Kolkata’s RG Kar Medical Hospital is in the news. There are continuous protests demanding justice for the victim. Meanwhile, the victim’s father has given a big statement about the Kolkata Police. The victim’s father has also accused the Kolkata Police of suppressing the case. He says that the Kolkata Police tried to suppress the case by cremating the body in a hurry.
