Keshav Prasad Maurya says, ‘Akhilesh Yadav should wait for elections, he will bloom in Milkipur too’

Regarding the UP by-election, deputy minister Keshav Prasad Maurya pointed the finger at UP chief Akhilesh Yadav. Akhilesh Yadav should wait for the elections, he said, in 2017 we won Milkipur and in 2022 we lost by a narrow margin and this time we will make the lotus bloom again. There will be two hands in open court and the outcome will be in our favour.

Meanwhile, regarding the Maharashtra and Jharkhand assembly elections, Keshav Prasad Maurya said that we will form the government in both the states and work hard to make the lotus bloom. If BSP supremo Mayawati does not want to ally with anyone, then it is her party’s problem. The NDA, the BJP’s alliance, is fighting for the elections in unity. Even if the Samajwadi Party, the BJP and the Congress contest together, the BJP will win the most seats. Even if they fight separately, the BJP will win the most seats.

The most popular parliamentary seat in the state is Ayodhya. mirkipur In this regard, Keshav Maurya said that Akhilesh Yadav should believe that only the BJP can win this seat. We will have lotuses blooming there. We will win the majority of seats in the by-elections. Meanwhile, on the issue of EVMs, the deputy minister said that when the opposition wins elections, EVMs are good and when they lose, the machines get broken. This kind of dual character is unacceptable to the country.

According to Keshav Maurya, opposition leaders have started shedding crocodile tears. The opposition should not blame the EVM and the Election Commission for its imminent defeat. The EVM was fine when Akhilesh Yadav’s party performed better in the Lok Sabha elections. If Congress fails in Haryana, then it will be bad for EVM.

Notably, the way has been cleared for the by-election to the Mirkipur assembly seat in Ayodhya. Former BJP MP Baba Gorakhnath announced the withdrawal of his petition. Two years ago, he filed a petition in the Lucknow High Court against Samajwadi Party MP Awadhesh Prasad, leading to the non-declaration of Mirkipur elections.
