BJP accused of distributing pamphlets
BJP workers in Cherakala, Kerala, have been accused of distributing leaflets against Islam. They distributed pamphlets to local Christian communities to vote against Islam. Here, under the leadership of the BJP, pamphlets started being distributed among Christian households in the constituency. Through this pamphlet, people were asked to vote against Islam. The pamphlet states that the development of Islam will harm Christian people. The pamphlets asked to vote for the BJP. In Kerala, the booklet was issued under the supervision of the Thrissur minority Morcha.
The incident caused a political uproar. Opposition parties said the distribution of pamphlets undermined communal harmony. In this case, the BJP has denied the allegation. The Bharatiya Janata Party said it had nothing to do with the matter. The BJP said false accusations were leveled against him as part of a conspiracy. Trying to mislead the Election Commission
