Yusuf, a salon worker who did spit massage in Kannauj, UP, has been arrested. Along with this, bulldozer action has also been taken on his salon. It is being told that Yusuf’s salon shop was built illegally by encroaching on government land. In such a situation, the Nagar Panchayat administration got this encroachment removed.

When he complained to the police, he came to know that the video was from Kannauj district. After this, the police took immediate action and arrested Yusuf and sent him to jail. After this, the Nagar Panchayat administration also demolished his illegally encroached salon with a bulldozer.
Accused Yusuf had a salon shop in Talgram police station area of the district. Yusuf was caught using spit on his customer’s face while massaging his face. His video went viral. On which people got angry. Hindu organizations expressed anger. After which the local police took action and arrested him and sent him to jail.
Former BJP MP from Kannauj Subrata Pathak had also reacted to the video of massage with spit. He had described this act as ‘spit jihad’ on his X account. Subrata Pathak wrote- ‘This spit jihad incident took place in Talgram of Kannauj. The police will do their work but we have to be careful, these Jihadis are not anyone’s relatives.
