Suspicion of conspiracy expressed on terrorist organization Khorasan module

The UP ATS (Anti-Terrorism Squad) has suspected the involvement of the terrorist organization Khorasan module behind the conspiracy to derail the Kalindi Express train in Kanpur on Sunday. If sources are to be believed, the ATS is also investigating the angle that the Khorasan module of IS may be behind this.

The boys of this module radicalize themselves and carry out wolf attacks. Such attacks took place in trains in Madhya Pradesh in 2017. After this, based on the intelligence information of Telangana ATS, UP ATS killed module member Saifullah in an encounter in Lucknow.

Materials for making cylinder bombs and IEDs etc. were found from Saifullah. In this case, several boys were arrested from Jajmau area of Kanpur. In such a situation, the officials suspect that lone wolf attacks can be carried out in trains at the behest of IS and ISI. NTS has also suspected that along with fundamentalists, people who attack for money can also be involved in this. However, the entire matter is being investigated.
