A teenager from Wisconsin, Nikita Cassap, accused several hooliganism to kill her parents, who were conspiring to kill US President Donald Trump and overthrow the US government, according to the new federal court documents.
The federal affidavit received by CNN affiliated WISN said that Casap expressed intention to kill the US President and destroy the current government. These emotions were allegedly documented in handwritten notes and text messages found during the investigation.
Casap was taken into custody in March. Law enforcement officials believe that according to CNN, the calculation of dual murder in a comprehensive plan to secure “financial instruments and autonomy” for acts of political violence was the first step.
His mother, Tatiana Casap, and her half -father, Donald Mayor, was killed on 11 February. His bodies were discovered on February 28 when the depot of Wukesh County Sheriff’s office visited the family’s house so that the teenager conducted a welfare inquiry after being absent from school for an extended period, the New York Post reported.
During the journey, Deputies found bodies in an advanced position of decomposition. The mother’s body was located under the pile of cloth and blankets near the kitchen, with several gunshot wounds for the neck, torso, stomach and wrist. The federal affidavit referred to by WISN revealed that Casap’s phone had references to “The Order of Nine Angles”, which was described as a network of people sharing new-Nazi and racially inspired extremist ideologies. A three-page document found by the FBI allegedly promoted Trump’s murder as a manner of promoting a political revolution and “saving the white race”.

The FBI has found images and instructions to modify a drone into a weapon. The Casap allegedly started financing the purchase of both drones and explosives to carry out its plan. The authorities also found pictures of the mayor’s credit and debit cards, as well as login credentials for a bank account, which they believe that CNN intended to use Casap.
The complaint of Wukesh County states that Casap has intended to escape from the US for Ukraine. In a telegram message, he allegedly asked, “So in Ukraine, I will be able to live a normal life? Even when it turns out that I have done it?”

Casap allegedly admitted that he intended to shoot his parents and kill them, although initially he lacked access to a gun.
He allegedly told the classmate that he had to befriend someone who had a gun and then stolen it. The classmate also revealed that Casap claimed to be in contact with a person in Russia through Telegram, allegedly planning to overthrow the United States government and kill President Trump. It is also said about Casap that he has told the classmate that if he ever saw the news of 10 coordinated attacks, it would have been his work.

According to court records, Casap is facing nine hooliganism charges in Wisconsin. These include two cases of deliberate murder and two cases of hiding a corpse, based on a criminal complaint filed in Wukesh County at the end of March, said CNN.
In addition to state level allegations, federal investigators are chasing three additional allegations – attempt to kill an US president, conspiracy and use weapons of collective destruction. He was mentioned in an affidavit prepared by an FBI agent to support a search warrant application.
While Casap has not yet argued for the state allegations, he appeared in court for an initial hearing on 9 April, the New York Post report.
According to Wukesh County Court Dock, his next court date is scheduled for 7 May.
