The vehicle escorting former Jharkhand Chief Minister Champai Soren was hit by an unknown truck around 2 o’clock on Tuesday night. The driver of the escort vehicle died in this accident. Five jawans were badly injured. This incident took place near Mudiya village on the Saraikela-Tata main road.
Vinay Kumar Vansingh, the driver of former CM Champai Soren’s escort vehicle, died on the spot. Five other jawans were seriously injured in this accident. The incident is said to have happened around 2:00 am. All the jawans were returning to the police line after leaving Minister Champai Soren at his residence in Jilinggoda.
The dead soldier is a resident of Chaibasa
The deceased soldier is a resident of Bhoya village of Chaibasa district. After the accident, all the injured were brought to Sadar Hospital Saraikela by ambulance. After first aid there, all of them have been sent to Jamshedpur for better treatment. The family members of the deceased driver have not yet reached Sadar Hospital.
Champai Soren has opened a front against JMM
Champai Soren, who rebelled against JMM, was in Delhi for two days. There are speculations about him joining BJP. He also said that options are open, but there has been no talk with BJP.
