Jennifer and Ben’s $68M Beverly Hills estate remains unsold

November 9, 2024: Jennifer Lopez and Ben Affleck’s 38,000-square-foot Beverly Hills mansion is still on the market with a price tag of $68 million (approximately $573,80, 00000 rupees). The Hollywood power couple purchased the 5-acre property in May 2023 for $60.8 million and initially tried to sell the property off-market in June but made it public in July after failing to find a buyer. Listed for sale.

The luxury villa has 12 bedrooms, 24 bathrooms, a guest penthouse and a 12-car garage. For fitness enthusiasts, the estate features an indoor sports court with pickleball and basketball courts, a boxing ring and a gym.

While the Beverly Hills estate is for sale, Affleck has reportedly moved into a $20 million stand-alone home in Brentwood following the couple’s separation. The couple officially divorced in August when Lopez filed for divorce after two years of marriage. According to court documents, there was no prenuptial agreement and Lopez chose to represent herself in the lawsuit.

Lopez and Affleck’s whirlwind romance was rekindled in 2021, nearly two decades after they were first engaged in 2003. They tied the knot in a surprise wedding in Las Vegas in July 2022, followed by a grand celebration in Georgia a month later. Despite their split, Lopez reportedly remains close to Affleck’s three children from his previous marriage to Jennifer Garner, and Affleck’s three children from his previous marriage to Marc Anthony. The twins are still close.

A source told People that Lopez is focusing on her future, adding: “Jennifer is doing great. She’s not dwelling on the past. She’s grateful for everything she has and the divorce proceedings In progress.”
