Union Minister and State President Rashtriya Lok Dal Jayant Chaudhary has written to Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath. He said farmers have suffered huge losses in their crops due to excessive rainfall in the Braj region and they need immediate help.

Jayant Chowdhury wrote in the letter: “Recently, during my visit to Braj district of Uttar Pradesh, I visited many villages and saw that farmers suffered huge losses in their crops due to excessive rainfall in the area. Need immediate relief.”

Demand compensation for farmers affected by floods

Jayant Choudhary appealed to CM Yogi requesting you to conduct a survey of the affected villages across Uttar Pradesh as well as Braj district on priority and provide benefits of crop insurance scheme to the flood-affected farmers here. Please provide appropriate compensation for this. ”
