jabalpur high court

The hearing in the Hatta firecracker factory blast case was held at the Jabalpur High Court in Madhya Pradesh on Monday. In the Hatian firecracker factory explosion case, the court lifted the ban on compensation. Furthermore, the order of the National Green Tribunal (NGT) to provide compensation of Rs 15 lakh to the family of the deceased is also justified.

The High Court has ordered compensation to be paid to the family of the deceased. In addition, a compensation of Rs 5 lakh was also ordered for those injured and those whose property was damaged in the Hatta firecracker factory explosion. The high court has asked the NGT to hear the objections of factory owners and decide on the issue of compensation. The factory owners have moved the High Court against the NGT ruling.

There are instructions to compensate by auctioning the property

The National Green Tribunal (NGT) has directed that the owners of Hatta Firecracker Factory be compensated by auctioning their properties. After the NGT order, the district collector has recovered Rs 15.80 crore. In addition, property worth Rs 9 crore was confiscated from the factory owner. Factory owner Somesh Aggarwal has filed a petition in the High Court in this regard.

The factory owners have filed a petition in the High Court challenging the NGT order. It was argued in court that his seized property was sold for Rs 2 crore but was worth much more than that. The NGT ordered a compensation of Rs 1.5 million to each of the families of the blast victims, Rs 5 lakh to each of the seriously injured and Rs 3 lakh to others.
