He was then produced in court and placed in judicial custody for 15 days. Currently, the accused has been in judicial custody for 5 days.
Get bail from the High Court
The judicial custody of the accused will end on December 30. But only Nikita, Nisha and Anurag were arrested. My uncle and father-in-law are still on the run. When all four absconded, the men filed a bail application in the High Court. Its hearing will be held on Monday, December 16. But not before all three were arrested.
