In the affidavit given during nomination, he said that between 2006 and 2008, he purchased 23 properties for Rs 20,64,875. Today its market price is around Rs 1.92 million. The properties are located in Govindpur in Dhanbad district, Jaridih in Bokaro and Angada in Ranchi. He had leased land in Angada.
