During this, he said, ‘We will work according to the law in the Shimla mosque case. The local dispute going on for the last few days will also be resolved. The mosque committee has said that if there is any illegal construction, then it should be allowed to demolish it itself. We respect all religions. But illegal construction can be dealt with under the law.

‘Protests keep happening in Himachal’

CM Sukhu further said, ‘A committee will be formed in the case of street vendors. People are coming from outside and it is difficult for people to walk. He further said that a case of illegal construction also came up in Mandi and the mosque committee itself demolished it. Protests keep happening in Himachal Pradesh and this is nothing new in Himachal Pradesh. We will work according to the law in the Shimla mosque case.’

Water cannon to disperse people

A similar demonstration took place in Shimla as well

Hindu organizations and local people protested against illegal construction in the mosque premises in Sanjauli area of ​​Shimla. During this, the protesters also clashed with the policemen. The protesters marched towards the mosque and raised slogans like ‘Himachal ne thana hai, Devbhoomi ko bachana hai’ and ‘Bharat Mata ki Jai’. During this, the police tried to stop them by putting up barricades, which the people broke and started moving forward. The police used water cannon and lathicharged to disperse the crowd.
