Is Sanjay Singh the reason for not inviting AAP to the all-party meeting on Bangladesh?

The political attitude of Aam Aadmi Party MP Sanjay Singh on the Bangladesh coup is exactly the same as has been seen and heard on the arrest of Arvind Kejriwal or during the elections.

Sanjay Singh has termed not inviting Aam Aadmi Party in the all-party meeting as petty mentality. Obviously, Sanjay Singh’s target is BJP President JP Nadda and Foreign Minister S. Along with Jaishankar, Prime Minister Narendra Modi is also there. An all-party meeting was called at the Parliament House on August 6, 2024, a day after Sheikh Hasina left Bangladesh after resigning from the post of Prime Minister as the violence that had been going on for several days went out of control.

After the meeting S. While sharing some pictures, Jaishankar said, today in an all-party meeting in the Parliament, gave information about the recent developments in Bangladesh… I appreciate all the parties for the unanimous support and coordination shown during this.

Along with opposition leader Rahul Gandhi, Congress General Secretary KC Venugopal also attended the all-party meeting. Apart from Congress, leaders like DMK leader TR Baalu, Samajwadi Party’s Ram Gopal Yadav, Trinamool Congress’s Sudip Bandyopadhya, BJD’s Sasmit Patra, NCP’s (Sharad Pawar) Supriya Sule and RJD’s Misa Bharti were present.

If you look, there was a significant presence of the leaders of the opposition alliance INDIA, except the Aam Aadmi Party, but it is quite surprising that no one is worried about the Aam Aadmi Party not being invited to the all-party meeting – because no one except Sanjay Singh. And no party leader is making such complaint?

How justified is AAP’s complaint?

The biggest complaint of Rajya Sabha MP Sanjay Singh is that despite being a national political party, Aam Aadmi Party was kept away from the all-party meeting. There is substance in this matter, because regional parties were also invited in the meeting.

Sanjay Singh has written on social site Calling shows the government’s petty mentality and non-seriousness.

Sanjay Singh’s direct allegation is that Prime Minister Narendra Modi does not like him or Arvind Kejriwal, and in such a situation he has the right to lodge a complaint. Sanjay Singh has also tried to draw attention to the all-party meeting being an issue of national security.

Due to Sanjay Singh raising the issue of national security, one of his posts on social media attracts a lot of attention. The post that Sanjay Singh wrote on 5th August, when Sheikh Hasina had to leave Bangladesh.

Sanjay Singh has written on X itself, ‘Whoever commits dictatorship will have to leave the country.’

Of course, Sanjay Singh has not taken anyone’s name, but it can be easily understood whom he is talking about in the name of Sheikh Hasina. Sanjay Singh has often called Prime Minister Narendra Modi a dictator. Technically, by not writing the name, Sanjay Singh may try to take benefit of doubt during cross-examination, but his taunt is only on the Prime Minister of the country.

Such things keep happening in politics in election rallies or on similar occasions. Sanjay Singh’s leader Arvind Kejriwal has even called Prime Minister Narendra Modi a coward and a psychopath. During his early politics, Arvind Kejriwal used to openly accuse politicians of being corrupt, and later when he got into legal trouble, he also apologized to everyone.

What Sanjay Singh is saying is an issue of national security, and on the same issue, the Prime Minister of the country is trying to give advice in real time by giving the example of Bangladesh, so how should this be understood?

The same thing cannot be explained as a political statement and a national security issue. Sanjay Singh should also make it clear whether he considers the matter on which he can give example to the Prime Minister a matter of national security or pure politics?

Why did Aam Aadmi Party fall alone?

It is surprising that apart from Sanjay Singh, no leader of INDIA block has complained about Aam Aadmi Party not being invited to the all-party meeting. Neither during the meeting nor even after coming out of the meeting.

Recently, West Bengal Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee, who left the NITI Aayog meeting midway and walked out, immediately attacked the central government. Prime Minister Narendra Modi was also his target.

Sanjay Singh must have noticed Rahul Gandhi’s behavior on the Bangladesh incident. As far as attacks on Prime Minister Modi are concerned, Rahul Gandhi seems to be two steps ahead of Arvind Kejriwal. From blood brokerage to panauti, he has used many such words for Prime Minister Modi – but has Sanjay Singh heard Rahul Gandhi saying anything like this in the case of Bangladesh?

After the latest uproar in Bangladesh, Rahul Gandhi immediately contacted Foreign Minister S. Had a proper talk with Jaishankar. Before the all-party meeting, it was told that Rahul Gandhi had met Foreign Minister S. in the Parliament House complex. Met Jaishankar, and discussed the Bangladesh crisis with him.

And this is the reason why Aam Aadmi Party seems to be left alone on this issue because of a social media post of Sanjay Singh. Sanjay Singh must have also understood that national security issues are really serious, and are above party politics.
