Demanding suspension of Rahul Gandhi from Lok Sabha
Bharatiya Janata Party MP Nishikant Dubey has demanded the suspension of Congress MP and Opposition leader Rahul Gandhi from the Lok Sabha. For this, he issued a notice to Rahul for breach of privilege and insult to the House. Dubey has issued a notice to Lok Sabha Speaker Om Birla. He has asked the Speaker to refer the matter to the Privileges Committee.
Dubey also called for Rahul Gandhi to be suspended from the Lok Sabha until the committee takes a decision on the matter. A BJP MP was issued a breach of privilege notice for distorting Amit Shah’s statement and publishing it on a social media platform.
Nisikant Dubey accused Rahul Gandhi of being seen with injured BJP MP Pratap Sarangi in a video. After the scuffle, Dubey told Rahul that you are not ashamed. He committed hooliganism and knocked down the old man. Rahul said to this, it was not me who pushed, but he pushed me.
