A sensational rape of an innocent girl took place at a private school in Bhopal, the capital of Madhya Pradesh. Based on the complaint of the victim girl’s family, the police registered a case against the accused teacher Qasim Rehan under the Indian Judicial Code (BNS) and POCSO Act. The police have arrested the accused and are investigating the matter.
Deputy Commissioner of Police Priyanka Shukla said the victim was three years and seven months old. She studied in a private school. His mother contacted the school after finding injuries on his private parts, but the school ignored her complaint. Subsequently, the victim’s family filed a complaint with the local police station on Monday.
After receiving the tip-off, the police immediately rushed to the school to investigate. Based on this information, the accused computer teacher Qasim Rehan was arrested. The accused is 28 years old. He is being interrogated in police custody. Taking notice of the matter, Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav has directed to take strict action against the accused.
The Congress attacked the BJP government in the incident and put it in the dock. Congress president Jitu Patwari said: “Madhya Pradesh has now become the rape capital of the country.” An innocent three-year-old girl has become a victim of rape. I feel ashamed to hear that the accused is his teacher. I am also a father. This incident has filled my heart with hatred and pain.
