Yatendra Siddaramaiah
Yatindra Siddaramaiah, son of Karnataka Chief Minister Siddaramaiah, has said that India’s situation will become like that of Afghanistan and Pakistan. He also gave reasons why this happened. Yatindra said that if India becomes a Hindu country, it will become like Pakistan and Afghanistan. He opposed the demand to make India a Hindu nation.
Yatendra Siddaramaiah said that India is working hard to make India a religious country. We shouldn’t let this happen. Legislator Dr Yatindra Siddaramaiah is opposed to the idea of a Hindu Rashtra. He said that India is a country of different castes, religions and cultures. But some are working to make it a nation. This happens only for political gain.
“Creating a Hindu state is impossible”
Yatindra Siddaramaiah further said that as long as the Ambedkar Constitution existed, the establishment of a Hindu state was impossible. The country’s constitution protects everyone’s rights and freedoms. He said it was very dangerous for India to become a religious country. We should not allow anyone to participate in this. However, we should not discourage anyone. The country’s constitution is very strong. Only some people want to be a monoreligious nation. He further said that if we want to live peacefully in public, we must protect the Constitution.
He further said that India is a country that advocates unity in diversity. People of many castes and different religions live here. This is also India’s strength. Atindela said the country would not survive if it was made up of one community. Secularism is in its DNA. The framers of our Constitution made our country a secular nation.
Government’s Responsibility for Development of Muslims
Yatindra further said that India is a Hindu country but said that this does not pose a major danger. Muslims have become a backward group. It is the responsibility of the government to improve them educationally, socially and politically. All-round development of the country is possible. Only then will all communities develop.
