The Indian men’s hockey team has performed brilliantly and made it to the semi-finals of the Paris Olympics 2024. In the quarterfinal match, India defeated Great Britain 4-2 in the shootout. In fact, both the teams were tied at 1-1 for the stipulated 60 minutes, after which shootout was resorted to. In the shootout, PR Sreejesh made two excellent saves to give India victory.
