In Meerut, UP, Kanwadis vandalized a car in the middle of the road. Not only this, three-four people in the car were also beaten severely. The video of the incident has surfaced. It is alleged that the car was coming from the wrong side and it hit the Kanwadis who were returning from Haridwar with water, due to which the Kanwad was broken.
When the Kanwar was broken, the anger of the Kanwariyas reached its peak. They started vandalizing the car. When the car riders tried to escape, they chased them and beat them up. The car riders were people of a particular community. This incident, which happened in the middle of the road, created chaos on the spot. Some people made a video of this, which is now going viral on social media.
Actually, the incident took place on Friday morning near Partapur Kashi Toll Plaza, where the Kanwariyas were bringing water, when a car coming from the wrong side hit their Kanwariya, due to which the Kanwariya was broken. The Kanwariyas got angry with this incident and vandalized the car.
Kanwariyas say that we are fetching water on foot from Haridwar, our feet have blisters, all the hard work has gone in vain because of the car driver. Vandalized the car in anger.
According to the people present at the spot, the youth in the car belonged to another community. This is visible in the video. He somehow saved his life by running away. However, one person was caught and was beaten badly. After receiving the information, the police also reached the spot. The Kanwariyas were pacified by persuasion.
