It is being told that the jackal attacked three people including an innocent. Due to which there is an atmosphere of panic in the village. In self-defense, the villagers mistook it for a wolf and attacked a jackal with sticks and killed it. The video of the incident is going viral on social media.
On this matter, DFO RS Yadav says that the villagers have killed the jackal. There is an atmosphere of panic in the area due to the attacks of the wild animal. The villagers said that the wild animal has injured three people so far, including an innocent child.
Terror of jackal in Newari and Khojwapur village
Villagers say that on Tuesday evening a woman was returning from the field with her three-year-old son Priyansh. Suddenly a wild animal attacked her and grabbed her innocent child and started running away. Hearing the screams, people working in the nearby fields ran and killed the wild animal by hitting it with sticks.
Villagers said that Ramdas had gone to graze goats on the banks of the river. A jackal grabbed his goat and started running away. Ramdas also got injured while trying to save the goat. Apart from this, Shiv Babu, son of Gangadin of Khojwapur village of Manjhanpur Kotwali Agala was returning from the field, during which a jackal attacked him and injured him.

DFO RS Yadav said that a jackal has attacked the villagers. The forest department team went to the spot and investigated. The villagers said that three people of the village including a child have been injured, the wild animal is a small jackal, not a wolf.
