If you have money, you will go to court again and again… Supreme Court condemns goon Sukesh’s wife, fines him Rs 50,000

Supreme Court

The Supreme Court has imposed a fine of Rs 50,000 on the wife of fraudster Sukesh Chandrashekhar. The court imposed a fine for filing multiple petitions. During this time, the court also reprimanded Chandrashekhar’s lawyers. The hearing was held before the bench of Justice Bela M Trivedi and Justice Satish Chandra Sharma.

In fact, Sukesh’s wife has petitioned the Supreme Court. In this petition, the Delhi High Court’s order of 14/10 was challenged, wherein the bail application and other related matters were postponed to 14/11.

During the hearing, Judge Sharma scolded, “You tell me how much the fine should be?” You submitted the matter to the High Court and now you challenge the order.

During this time, Sukesh’s wife’s lawyer said I am withdrawing the petition. Please don’t impose fines. This can cause problems at trial. In this regard, Judge Trivedi said that this cannot be allowed.

You come here again and again just for the money

During the hearing, Justice Trivedi said let it be a hindrance. This must be done. You have money, you can’t keep coming here. He further said that fines must be imposed. The Supreme Court will have to exercise some restraint when such frivolous applications are filed.

The court said the fine must be paid within two weeks.
