UP News: A dispute between an uncle and nephew reached murderous proportions in Tilosa village in the Bandakamasing police station area. A man named Devicharan shot and killed his nephew Jitendra Kumar in public. According to police, Jitendra returned a few months ago after serving seven years in prison. He was convicted in a dowry death case in which his wife died.

After returning from jail, Jitendra would taunt his uncle Devi Charan every day, saying that if his uncle testified in court, he would not be punished. Tired of these daily taunts, the uncle took his licensed double-barreled gun and shot his nephew. Jitendra died on the spot after being hit by the bullet. After this incident, there was an uproar in the local area.

After receiving the news, the police immediately rushed to the scene to investigate. The body was seized by the police and sent for autopsy. Based on a complaint filed by the father of the deceased, the police registered a murder case against the accused uncle.

Police also seized the firearm used in the murder. Police also found a cartridge at the scene. The police have arrested the accused Devi Charan and initiated action.
