IAF, New CISC, Army to get new Vice President to get new Northern Army Commander

The Indian Air Force will get a new vice -president as Air Marshal Narmadeshwar Tiwari will be successful in making Air Marshal SP Dharkar a success on 1 May.

The Dharkar force is supernuting on April 30 after a brilliant career of more than 40 years.

Air Marshal Tiwari is currently commanding the South Western Air Command in Gandhinagar.

He will be successful by the current training command chief. Tri-Services Integrated Defense Staff will get a new head of integrated defense staff to the heads of Staff Committee (CISC).

Air Marshal Ashutosh Dixit has been approved to take over as a new CISC in place of LT General JP Matthew, which is supernuting on 30 April.

CISC is responsible for coordination between three services and is part of the head of the defense staff team in managing affairs of three-services.

Air Marshal Dixit is a Mirage 2000 fighter jet pilot and is currently leading all important central air commands in prayer. He will consider May 1 as his new office.

Meanwhile, the Northern Command of the Indian Army, responsible for operating with China and Pakistan borders in Jammu and Kashmir and Ladakh regions, will be a new chief in Lieutenant General Pretake Sharma.

Lieutenant General Sharma is currently the Deputy Chief of Army Staff (Strategy) at the army headquarters and has also worked as Director General military operations.

Officers are supernuting on 30 April.
