“I will never do anything wrong…”, accused moans in video after encounter with Balechi incident

A video shows an encounter between the two accused during a violent incident in Baraich, Uttar Pradesh. He admitted his mistake in front of the police and complained that he would never commit the same crime again. It is understood that the accused planned to flee to Nepal. The names of the accused where the encounter took place are Sarfaraz alias Rinku and Mohammad Talim alias Sablu. Aaj Tak obtained the video immediately after the encounter, in which the police can be seen carrying the defendants on their shoulders and making them sit in the car.

In the video, police can be seen carrying the two defendants on their shoulders and making them sit in the car. During this time, a police officer can be heard saying: “You should not have run away, you did it wrong, you even shot at us.” In response, the defendant can be heard groaning in pain and saying, “We made a mistake, Now we will never do that again. We thought we could escape the scene, but we made a mistake. To this the police say you have committed a crime and then you have made a mistake. The defendant said he would never make the same mistake again.

What did SP Balechi say?

Giving information about the arrested accused, Bahraich SP Vrinda Shukla said the names of the five persons arrested after the encounter are Mohammad Faheen (named), Mohammad Taleem alias Sablu, Mohammad Sarfaraz (named), Abdul Hameed (named) name). and Mohammad Afzal.

Regarding the encounter, Balaich SP Vrinda Shukla said: “At the request of the two accused who were arrested earlier, when the police team went to the place designated by them to retrieve the weapons used in the murder, they used Illegal weapons fired at police officers.” Both (Sarfaraz and Fahim) were shot in retaliatory firing. Both were seriously injured.

The weapon was hidden in the Nampada district near the Nepal border, the official said. The weapon used in the murder of Ram Gopal has been recovered.

When and how did the violence occur?

Let us tell you that at around 6 pm on Sunday, Ram Gopal Mishra (22), a resident of Rehua Mansoor village in Balaich, was walking in a procession to immerse the Durga idol. When the parade passed by a community in Maharajganj market, the two parties got into an argument over slogans and DJ playing. Soon the argument turned into a riot.

During this time, stones were allegedly started being thrown from the roof, leading to a stampede during the soak. Meanwhile, in the shooting incident that took place, Ram Gopal was seriously injured and was rushed to Baraich Medical College where he died. Chaos in Maharajganj became more violent after the news of Ram Gopal’s death broke.
