Hyundai Motors has launched the all-new Adventure Edition of its cheapest SUV, the Hyundai Venue, in the Indian market. The compact SUV comes with attractive looks and a powerful engine and prices have been set at Rs 10.15 lakh (ex-showroom). In this all-new Adventure Edition of the Venue, the company has made some cosmetic updates to the exterior and interiors to make it sportier.

The new Adventure Edition of Hyundai Venue is available in three variants: S (O), SX and SX (O). It comes with only a petrol engine option. The company has given similar treatment to the Creta and Alcazar in the past as well. This SUV is launched in the Ranger Khaki colour. Apart from this, no changes have been made to the mechanical aspects of this SUV.

Special features of the Venue Adventure Edition:

The Venue Adventure Edition gets blacked-out treatment on the alloy wheels, front and rear skid plates, roof rails, wing mirrors and shark fin antenna. Additional side cladding is also provided on the doors and the front brake calipers have been painted red. There are Adventure Edition badges on the front fenders and the Hyundai logo on the grille has also been blacked out.

The cabin is also finished in a black theme, unlike the grey and black dual-tone colour scheme seen on the regular Venue. However, there are also some sage green inserts to add some contrast. The seats also feature Adventure Edition special upholstery with sage green highlights. New 3D floor mats and sports pedals make the cabin even more beautiful. Hyundai also offers a dash cam with a dual-camera setup.

Power and Performance:

The Venue Adventure Edition is available with two petrol engine options. It comes with a 1.2-litre 4-cylinder naturally aspirated petrol engine that develops 83 hp. This engine is mated to a manual gearbox. Apart from this, there is also a 1.0-litre 3-cylinder turbo petrol engine available with 120 hp. This engine is mated to a 7-speed dual-clutch gearbox. Please note that the Adventure Edition is not available with any diesel variant.

Color options:

Apart from Ranger Khaki, the Adventure Edition is also available in three monotone colours. These include Abyss Black, Atlas White and Titan Grey. Apart from this, in the dual-tone option, one can choose between black roof with Ranger Khaki, black roof with Atlas White and black roof with Titan Grey. For the dual-tone option, customers will have to pay an additional Rs 15,000.
