The basement of Rao IAS Coaching Center located in Old Rajendra Nagar, Delhi was suddenly filled with water on Saturday evening. Three students died due to water logging in the basement. Delhi Police and Municipal Corporation have started their investigation on different aspects in this matter. Now an inside video of the filling of water in the coaching basement has surfaced.
