There is anger across the country over the Kolkata incident, people are on the streets demanding safety of women. People are asking questions that how long will this series of heinous crimes against half the population continue. How long will the government and the system turn a blind eye to the safety of women. In fact, all the questions and justice are hidden in the same darkness as the dark night of 8-9 August. Where after the gruesome incident with a female trainee doctor in Kolkata’s RG Kar Medical College, a flame demanding justice was lit in the country. Now the responsibility of turning this light into a torch for justice lies with the CBI, but the mystery of the 8-day investigation seems to be entangled and hidden in the same kind of soot.

The CBI team is busy gathering clues, connecting the ends and getting the case to the bottom of the story and bringing a clear picture of justice. The CBI investigation will decide whether the main accused Sanjay Roy is guilty or not. Not only this, if Sanjay Roy is found guilty, will he be hanged?

In such a situation, the question is whether Sanjay Roy is the only accused? Or will more accused be revealed in the interrogation of Sandeep Ghosh, the former principal of the medical college, which has been going on for the last 6 days? Why is the role of Sandeep Ghosh still suspicious? Why has an SUV car with the number WB02AU9747 been brought to the CBI office? Has the CBI got a new clue from this white SUV of the former principal Sandeep Ghosh? Did anyone close to the main accused Sanjay Roy know about the night of 8-9 August? Has the CBI got any clue from the pages of the victim’s diary? Did the incident happen in the seminar room itself or was there some conspiracy? Is the incident just of rape-murder or is there some bigger game going on in the medical college?

Now on Thursday, CBI has to submit a status report in the Supreme Court on the basis of the investigation done so far. Within 8 days, CBI has conducted psychological tests along with continuous interrogation of Sanjay Roy, the main accused in this case. It has also scrutinized the CCTV videos of the hospital. Apart from the main accused Sanjay Roy, it has interrogated the principal Sandeep Ghosh, who had a suspicious role, for 6 days.

The CBI team has already conducted 3D laser mapping investigation inside and outside the emergency ward of RG Kar Medical College and Hospital. The CBI has also questioned three fellow doctors of the victim. The CBI has also questioned several staff members present in the hospital on the night of 8-9 August. In such a situation, all eyes will be on the Supreme Court hearing on Thursday.

Along with the victim’s family, doctors demanding justice and the countrymen, those who have been criticizing the TMC government are also asking what has come out of the CBI investigation so far? Now when the CBI submits its status report in the Supreme Court on Thursday, the truth behind the allegations against the West Bengal Police of suppressing the case will also come out.

What can a status report contain?

1- Statements of how many characters were recorded?
2- What did accused Sanjay Roy confess during interrogation?
3- What came out in the forensic report?
4- What conclusion was arrived at by correlating the statement of the accused and the recreation?
5- Was Sanjay Roy alone involved in the incident or were more than one person involved?
6- Role of former principal Sandeep Ghosh in the investigation?
7- Where were the flaws in the investigation of Kolkata Police?
8- The role of how many characters is suspicious and why? Like many characters including ASI Arup Dutta

Sanjay Roy is the main accused in the Kolkata case while Sandeep Ghosh is the main suspect. Now is there any relation between these two? However, two days after the incident, when these questions were raised on the former principal of the medical college, Sandeep Ghosh, he said that I am being defamed, this girl is like my daughter. Being a parent, I am resigning, I tried to save her.

Sandeep Ghosh, who resigned citing fear of defamation and calling the victim his daughter, was called by the CBI for 6 consecutive days and questioned. Apart from this, there is an SUV car with the name of West Bengal Health Department, in which Sandeep Ghosh used to drive while being the principal, but now CBI officials are investigating the same car. CBI is looking for some clue or lead in the car used by Sandeep Ghosh, but what is that? Can this car have any connection with the incident that happened on the night of 8-9 August?

Sandeep Ghosh may be innocent in this entire case after investigation, but till now his role has been suspicious in many cases. The doubt increases further when the claims of Akhtar Ali, former Deputy Superintendent of RG Kar Hospital, come out on Aaj Tak. Akhtar Ali is the officer who was in RG Kar Hospital from 2007 to 2023. Who has now filed a complaint with the Kolkata Police regarding the Kolkata case as well as filed a petition in the Calcutta High Court. Now Akhtar Ali makes the biggest revelation that there is a connection between the main accused Sanjay Roy and former Principal Sandeep Ghosh. Akhtar Ali claimed that Sanjay Roy, despite being a civic volunteer in the medical college, used to roam around as Sandeep Ghosh’s bouncer.
