A Maruti car fell into a deep ditch at Vardhan in Jowhargati in Mandi district of Himachal Pradesh. Five young people in the car died on the spot. The horrific accident happened late Saturday night. All the young people in the car were residents of Dhamchyan village. Who went to Barot’s wedding. The accident happened while returning home late at night.
The message was received on Sunday morning after a shepherd saw a rolling car in a field about 700 meters down the road. And informed the nearby villagers of the incident. Later, Panchayat representatives reached the spot and informed the Tikkan police post about the matter.
5 teenagers die
After the police rushed to the scene, they started rescue with the help of local people and transported the mutilated body to the road.

The deceased have been identified as Rajesh, Gangu, Karna, Sagar and Ajay. One of them is a teenager around 16 years old, and the other four are said to be between 25 and 30 years old. There was a wave of condolences across the Jowhar Valley due to the tragic accident.
The cause of the accident is not yet clear
However, the police will take possession of all the bodies and send them to Yogendra Nagar Civil Hospital for post-mortem. After Panchnama, the body will be handed over to relatives. SP Mandi said the police had registered a case and launched a rescue operation to remove the body with the help of villagers. The cause of the accident will be investigated.
