High tech facilities… New York style, these 3000 luxury flats sold in 48 hours, this is the price

India’s leading real estate developers have created a new record of sales bookings in the April-June quarter. During this period, 21 listed real estate companies of India have sold properties worth a total of Rs 35 thousand crores. Godrej Properties has achieved the most success in making sales bookings.

Godrej has become the largest listed company in the real estate sector by booking sales of Rs 8,637 crore in the June quarter. After this, DLF Limited’s sales booking stood at Rs 6,404 crore, which is an increase of more than three times.

Macrotech Developers (Lodha brand) recorded sales bookings of Rs 4,030 crore. Prestige Estates Projects booked sales of Rs 3,029.5 crore while Shobha Limited booked sales of Rs 1,874 crore and Brigade Enterprises booked sales of Rs 1,086 crore.

The demand for luxury homes is the highest
All top listed real estate developers have registered year-on-year growth in sales bookings this quarter. Strong consumer demand for housing properties, especially luxury housing, has contributed the most to this. On the back of increasing demand for expensive homes, these top listed real estate developers have collectively recorded sales bookings of Rs 34,927.5 crore in the first quarter of 2024-25. A large part of their sales came from the housing sector. This data is a testament to the strength of the country’s real estate sector and also an indication of the investment opportunities present in it.

Apartments worth Rs 3000 sold out in 48 hours
Gaud Group’s new project, Gaud NYC Residences, has received bookings of more than Rs 3000 crore in the pre-launch phase itself. This is the first time in Ghaziabad that such expensive flats have been booked so quickly. This project is being built at a cost of more than Rs 3 thousand crore.

It is claimed that this is Ghaziabad’s first ultra-luxury project, spread over 11.80 acres. 10 towers of 32 floors are being built in it, which include flats with 4 bedrooms + servant quarters. In total, it has around 1,200 luxury flats whose prices start from Rs 2.5 crore. The project will also have a Madison Square-like clubhouse with modern facilities and a 118 meter long swimming pool.
