In fact, a person named Vishnu Sahu has filed a PIL in the Jharkhand High Court. Sahu said the plan was causing losses to the country and it was being implemented keeping the elections in mind.
However, the High Court categorically dismissed the petition.
Hemant said he would also file a case in the Supreme Court
After the High Court verdict, Hemant said that victory has now been achieved but the petitioners can also appeal to the Supreme Court. We will also be there to argue vigorously and defeat the conspirators.
