The body of Delhi resident Harshita Brela (24) was found in the boot of a car in the UK. Harshita went to the UK with her husband in April and only her body was brought back to India. Harshta’s husband Pankaj Lamba was the prime accused in the murder case, but the case took a major turn when Harshta’s mother claimed she thought Pankaj was in Delhi but no action was taken against him .
In this case, it has now been revealed that Harshita Brela allegedly told her mother before her death that her husband Brela was found dead in the UK on November 14. Her 23-year-old husband Pankaj Lamba is the main suspect in her murder.
Mom reveals many big revelations
Harshita Lamba got married to Pankaj Lamba in August last year. She then traveled to the UK with her husband in April. Harshita’s body was brought back to India for the last rites 19 days after her death, but her husband did not attend the last rites.

Sudesh Kumari, Harshita Brela’s mother, said, “I spoke to Harshita a few weeks before her death and Lamba made her life difficult.” The mother also said that Harshita told them that I would not return to him (husband) and that he would kill me.
Sudesh Kumari said that my daughter is very simple and innocent and does not even fight with others. Brela’s family believes Pankaj Lamba is in India and say Delhi police did not listen to them. At the same time, police said they were not asked to intervene by British police.
Father says he once defeated Harshita
Harshita Brela’s father, Satbir Brela, said he was in pain every day since his daughter’s death. They want justice. He said, I have always told my daughter, come and do the last rites for me, but who knew that I would have to do the last rites for her.
The family also said Harshita suffered a miscarriage weeks before her death. He also claimed that he was told that Pankaj also beat Harshita and the whole matter did not become clear until Harshita called her father in tears on August 29. Harshita had said that Pankaj beat me badly and even beat me on the road. Satbir Brela said, My daughter cried, cried loudly.
According to previous reports, Brera reported domestic violence to the police in August and Pankaj was arrested on September 3, but he was released on conditional bail and a domestic violence protection order was imposed.
The Independent Office for Police Conduct (IOPC) said it would investigate Northamptonshire Police’s links to Brera while the international search for Pankaj continues. At a post-mortem hearing, his cause of death was deemed to be strangulation.
