Delhi Court.
The Delhi High Court has issued notices to the Delhi government, Speaker of the Delhi Assembly, CAG and the office of the Lieutenant Governor on the petition of the BJP MLA. The High Court will hear the case on December 9.
In a petition filed by the BJP MLAs, it was stated that the report was pending with Chief Minister Atish, who also holds the portfolio of the Finance Ministry, and that despite repeated requests from the district administration, the report has not been sent to she. The petition stated that the court should direct the Delhi government to submit 12 CAG reports to the local government so that they can be submitted to Parliament for consideration.

The petition has been filed in the Delhi High Court on behalf of seven BJP MLAs, including Leader of Opposition in Delhi Assembly and BJP MLA Vijendra Gupta. Other MLAs include Mohan Singh Bisht, Om Prakash Sharma, Ajay Kumar Mahawar, Abhay Verma, Anil Kumar Bajpai and Jitendra Mahajan.
