Know why CM Saini will dissolve the cabinet

The last session of the Haryana Assembly was called on March 13. Constitutionally, it is necessary to call an assembly session once in six months. Therefore, it is necessary for the government to call a meeting of the House by September 12. In such a situation, to avoid this constitutional crisis, the Chief Minister will have to recommend the Governor to dissolve the Assembly. There should not be a gap of more than six months between two sessions of the Assembly.

Voting will be held in a single phase in Haryana
