Greater Kailash shootout: Seven accused arrested so far, police on the lookout for main shooter

On Monday, the police arrested two more accused in the Nadir Shah murder case, which took place in Delhi’s very prosperous Greater Kailash area. So far, seven suspects have been arrested in the case. But the main culprit is still absconding and the police are on a full-scale hunt for him. The accused have been identified as Pankaj Kumar and Sachin Yadav, who were arrested in Azamgarh, Uttar Pradesh.

The police have identified the main gunmen as Madhur and Raju, who are still absconding. On Friday, the police special cell arrested Nitlesh Tiwari, Vishal Verma, Akash Yadav from Azamgarh, Haryana, and Naveen Balyan from Sonipat, Haryana. Two country-made pistols and eight bullets were recovered from them. Mohammad Sajid was arrested in Delhi afterwards.

The police suspected the involvement of jailed gangsters Lawrence Bishnoi and associates of Hashim Baba in the murder. The police also found that the murder was carried out on the instructions of Hashim Baba’s close associate Sameer Baba. During the investigation, the police came to know that the deceased Nadir Shah was involved in a money dispute between a businessman and the followers of these jailed criminals.

Police said they can question Hashim Baba and Samir Baba after getting permission from the court. Those arrested so far had assisted the main gunman. After the massacre, Bishnoi gangster Rohit Godara wrote on Facebook that the massacre was carried out on his instructions because Nadir Shah created obstacles in his work.

Let us tell you that Nadir Shah himself has a criminal background. The 35-year-old Shah has four cases registered against him for different crimes including robbery. He is said to be associated with the Rohit Chaudhry gang, which is the enemy of the notorious Lawrence Bishnoi gang. Nadir Shah has been a target of the Bishnoi gang. It is clear from Godara’s post that Shah has also been creating hurdles in the work of the Bishnoi gang. He was in Dubai for a few days.

Just a few days before his murder, he came to India for a court appearance. But he was killed before returning to Dubai. If we talk about the Lawrence Bishnoi gang and Rohit Godara’s post, then this is the second case in ten days. The gang is also responsible for the gunfight in Canada. On the first of this month, a shooting took place at the house of Amritpal Singh Dhillon, a famous Punjabi singer in Canada.
