100 farmers will be sent abroad
Farmers can apply for training on Raj Kisan Saathi portal till 10th September. 100 young progressive farmers of Rajasthan will be sent on agricultural tours to Israel and other countries under the Kisan Knowledge Enhancement Program. Chief Minister Bhajan Lal Sharma had also discussed this in the budget.

In the first phase, 100 progressive farmers in farming and dairy will be selected from 10 agriculture departments of the state. Online application can be made in this scheme. If you also want to take advantage of this scheme, then apply for it as soon as possible. Farmers will be selected on first come, first serve basis in the scheme.

Who can apply for this scheme

  • To avail the benefits of this scheme, the age of the farmers should be at least 50 years.
  • The farmer/animal husbandry worker must have a passport.
  • The farmer should have at least 1 hectare of cultivable land in his name for the last 10 years.
  • In dairy or animal husbandry also, it is mandatory for the applicant to be associated with the dairy for 10 years.

Farmers will learn farming through advanced technology
If you are selected for this scheme, you will get a chance to learn better methods and techniques of farming abroad in less land, poly house in less water and in off season. Apart from this, you will get a chance to learn the technique of growing high yielding crops even in less water. Even before this, farmers have to pay Rs.

The benefits of the scheme will be given only to Scheduled Caste, Scheduled Tribe and women farmers. Along with this, milk producers and cattle rearers will also be selected for the scheme. The government intends that farmers should go to countries where farming and horticulture are done using modern techniques and return after learning the techniques there. In this way, advanced farming will also get a boost. Along with this, the income of farmers will increase.
