A procession was taken out against the accused who molested a BBA student in Indore, Madhya Pradesh. After the complaint, the police took the accused arrested from the capital Bhopal to the crime scene, where they were made to raise slogans in honour of women. The accused were also seen holding their ears and apologising to the police and the public. All the 6 accused are residents of Guna district.
Actually, in Bhanwarkuan police station area, a student was harassed by goons riding a black Scorpio. The goons, drunk on alcohol, kept molesting the student for 15 minutes. The goons also beat up the girl’s friend. During this time, the victims took a picture of the miscreants’ Scorpio.
With the help of people, the victim lodged a complaint about the entire incident at the police station. On the basis of the complaint, the police examined all the CCTV footage. Three teams were formed for investigation. On the basis of the car number, one police team was sent to Guna and the other to Bhopal.
The miscreants who carried out the molestation incident in Indore had by then reached the capital Bhopal. After this, Indore police caught the miscreants from Bhopal and took them to the crime scene and inspected the spot, where the goons were seen apologizing to the public.
Police investigation revealed that out of all the 6 miscreants hailing from Guna district, three are undergoing banishment period, while many cases are registered against the others. Police is now busy interrogating the miscreants.
These allegations in the complaint of the student
In Indore’s Bhanwarkuan police station area, a BBA student was returning to the girls hostel with her friend. On the way, some rowdy youths were drinking alcohol in a Scorpio. When she protested against blocking the way, the miscreants first molested the student and then beat up her friend. The youth’s ear started bleeding in the fight. After this, when the girl’s friend called her friends, the miscreants sat in the car and started running away. But the youth followed them and took a photo of the Scorpio (MPO8 CB 3777).
When a complaint was lodged in Bhanwarkuan police station about this incident, the police also became active. When the vehicle number was searched, it was revealed that the said vehicle was registered in the name of Saurabh Raghuvanshi of Guna. When the police searched, the youths had fled from Indore and reached Bhopal, from where they were arrested. A procession of the arrested miscreants was taken out in Indore.
Three miscreants are expelled from Guna
– 18 crimes including extortion, riot, attempt to murder, theft are registered against Manjeet Raghuvanshi.
– 21 crimes including IPL betting, riot, assault, stabbing, extortion are registered against Sandeep Solanki.
– Ravi Narvariya has 10 crimes registered against him including kidnapping, rape, theft and rioting.
Many cases against three
– Sanjay Raghuvanshi has 6 crimes registered against him including gambling, betting and assault.
– Saurabh Raghuvanshi has 18 cases registered against him for rioting, assault, attempt to murder, stubbornness and stabbing.
– Shubham Sharma alias Panda has 10 cases registered against him including attempt to murder, extortion, Arms Act and assault.

Guna SP Sanjeev Singha said that the youths caught in Indore are of criminal nature. They were banished from the district. Indore police has also sought information about them.
