The price of 22 carat gold was Rs 70162 per 10 grams yesterday evening, which has increased to Rs 70510 per 10 grams today evening. Talking about silver, the price of silver in the bullion market has become costlier by Rs 219 compared to yesterday evening and has become Rs 80921 per kg. Gold and silver became so cheap today
The prices of both gold and silver have declined on MCX. Today the price of gold has become cheaper by Rs 492 per 10 grams and has become Rs 70207. Talking about silver, its price has decreased by Rs 475 on MCX for September 5 futures. The rate of one kg silver on MCX is Rs 80574 per kg.

Prices reduced so much after budget
There was a sharp decline in the prices of gold and silver after the budget. After the decision regarding custom duty on gold in the budget, the prices of gold and silver had decreased by Rs 4000. However, after that the rates of these metals had increased. Based on calculations, after the budget, gold has decreased by Rs 3012 per 10 grams. The price of silver has decreased by Rs 8629 per kg after the budget.

Price of gold and silver in bullion market this morning
An increase in the prices of gold and silver was recorded in the Indian bullion market today, on the morning of August 14, 2024. Gold was now beyond Rs 70 thousand per 10 grams, while the price of silver was more than Rs 80 thousand per kg. At the national level, the price of 24 carat 10 gram gold of 999 purity was Rs 70457. Whereas the price of 999 purity silver was Rs 80740.
